David listed our house about a week after we had just completed the construction of our new house in August of 2011.
Given the number of improvements we had made to our existing house over the course of 6 years and the depressed real estate market at that time, our expectations were that we would not likely sell the existing house for a number of months and probably below the total costs of the house. Ironically, the existing house was under contract within 2 or 3 weeks and at a price that allowed us to avoid a loss on the sale of the house; the closing occurred in Oct 2011. I can't thank David enough for making this happen!!!
